1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can disrupt travel plans. Cancellations must be formally requested in writing via email to info@timeouttour.com or via our WhatsApp Helpline.

2. Token Advance & Rescheduling
- The initial token booking advance (₹5,000) confirms non-cancellable allocations with our hotel and transport suppliers.
- Trip Date Rescheduling: You may reschedule your trip dates once free of cost if informed at least 20 days prior to departure (subject to seasonal tariff variations).
3. Refund Processing Window
Approved refunds are processed directly back to the customer's original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of formal cancellation confirmation.
