1. Overview & Agreement
Welcome to Timeout Tour. By browsing our website, booking our curated holiday packages, or reserving verified hotel accommodations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Timeout Tour Pvt. Ltd. is a recognized travel and tour management company operating under applicable tourism norms and GST regulations.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- Token Advance: A non-refundable advance token payment of ₹5,000 per person is required to initiate itinerary reservations and hotel room locks.
- Second Installment: 50% of the total tour cost must be cleared at least 21 days before the scheduled departure date.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled either prior to dispatch of final travel vouchers or at hotel check-in as explicitly specified in your confirmation voucher.
- Taxes: All tour quotes are subject to mandatory 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under SAC code 9985, which is itemized transparently in your official invoice.
3. Hotels & Room Check-in
Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM / 02:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to room availability and may attract extra charges levied directly by the hotel partner.
If a specific hotel is unavailable due to sudden operational issues or seasonal maintenance, Timeout Tour guarantees an accommodation of equal or superior category in the same destination.
4. Transportation & Sightseeing
Private cabs (Sedan, SUV, or Tempo Traveller) are allocated for the itinerary mentioned in your voucher. Sightseeing spots are covered subject to weather conditions, road closures, and local administrative permissions. Entry tickets to monuments, museums, or adventure sports are not included unless specified in the voucher inclusions.
5. Force Majeure & Itinerary Modifications
Timeout Tour is not liable for itinerary disruptions caused by natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, road blockades, strikes, flight delays, or governmental advisories. In such events, our team will assist with alternative arrangements on best-effort basis; additional costs incurred must be borne directly by the traveler.
